Could be better or worse...
An OK place to work. Terrible, extremely rude, negative management. Nice fellow staff overall however. While technically there is job security if you do the job well. I was a temp for over a year. Some have been there for over 4 years and company still wont hire full time yet you will likely get 40 hours a week minimum anyways. Overtime is part of the job culture. They pay time and a half right at 40 hours. Only real benefit that comes to mind.

toxic environment, poor senior and middle management, no direction, no values or culture, Owner only cares about profits NOT people,and what they contribute to the company, ALL lip service and lies....

Day shift had 6 people doing the jobs of double that. Night dispatchers were so stressed out they constantly made mistakes. 4 different mangers that would pass the buck to each other then turn off their phones. Very poor employee retention. No focus on fixing reoccuring problems, just on getting through the day. Treated their most loyal workers so poorly they left. Dispatchers blamed for not being able to contact drivers with no/full voicemails. Swaying focus on office issues without acknowledging the root issue i.e. "Please take your break" "Complete daily surveys" "check all emails and voicemail" no one to cover your station/written up for missing calls while handling surveys/not enough staff to take calls while listening to all voicemails. Paid below industry standard even after min wage went up. Had regional bosses come out to blow hot air at us and fired the employee who kept bringing up pay.
