I worked there for over a decade, they treat employees terribly, they only hire the bare minimum of journeymen and rely on apprentices that they pigeon hole and overwork. Dispite have a good connection.to RDC, they create terrible tradeworkers and apprentices and the experince and tickets they give are literally useless elsewhere. The management, formen and GF's are all friends who ostracize new people and know the system so well that they avoid any accountability or hard work.
Fair rate, good safety culture
No loyalty, minimal leadership and experince with management and crew leaders, little to no respect for employees, work ethic and zero accountability
Worley is a good company to work with just like every company they have some problem and flaws but they have good people to deal with this...most of the managers are approachable and most of the supervision are knowledgeable and good to work with.a lot of talented people out the field.looking forward to work for them again I’ve been with the company for almost 8years..

very hard to get in but once you get in they give you transfers. not so much tools on my experienced. good benefits. Good environment and people. competitive salary. good staff easy to talk to. only concern is pipefitters are not part of CLAC but has a different benefit provider. changes HR frequently. multiculture workplace.
This is one of the worst companies to work for, they only look after their own long timers who are miserable with their lives and jobs. Extremely toxic environment. There is no mentorship and management is non existent. There are better quality companies out there, you just need to look hard. Would not Recommend this company to my worst enemy.
This company is a joke. They treat you like you work for a communists country. Worst company i have ever worked for. They have no concern of you family life outside of work. Ppl go through things and if a co apny cant support it then whats the point. Stay away from this company if you want a horrible day. Prob get there owners to give them good review so they sound good
They easily black list you from ever regaining work just because you take a few days off for being sick when you come back to work they lay you off. Then when you reapply for work they won't rehire you. They judge you from the past other than work experience. Wages and benefits are good.
Wages and benefits
Not recognizing former employees for there work experience and ability to work
Worley Parsons gets lots of work because they cut costs whenever they can and push their employees to get more done in less time. It's not a fun place to work, and management is always bird dogging. The tools and materials required to do the job at the speed and quality that they want are not available which makes for a frustrating work experience. The one positive thing is that they pay quite well.
Good pay and benefits
Cold calling clients and meeting with clients to close deals. I learned a lot about marketing and how to find out how to market companies and products. management was excellent, People were great. Hardest part of the job was traveling everywhere.
When it was flint I worked for them, then urs took over, and finally a solid committed to employees company has the reigns. I hope Aecom can implement workers of all aspects and skills from all trades beginners and journeyman into building a strong canada, putting thousands of canadian people to work earning a great living and reinvesting earnings into our economy for years to come.
Olenty of availability in every trade
