The Management, not clear direction, high or extremely high politics in play. Overtime is not paid. High turn-over rate, big revolving door. HR is just a symbolic entity, they provide zero value for the employees. There is no employee appreciation, company BBQ or any positive, Christmas or New Year team celebrations.
Managers did not function well together. They would support ridiculous requests without pushing back.
