It will start with a phone interview from the Human Resources Department. If you move on to the next step, then you would meet with the Manager of the department you have applied for, as well as someone from the HR Department.
If you are successful, the Plant Manager would like to have a sit down with you as well. If all goes well, then they would make you an offer following the meeting with the Plant Manager.

I interviewed with the technical manager who really knows his stuff. Then I had a weird interview with the HR manager who is, for some unknown reason, always trying to intimidate people.
