Clean house, rid of poor management and bring in those who will follow rules and policies as well as competent enough to properly deal with issues in a professional way. Hire people from frontline employees to upper management that genuinely cares for their employees and person served.

Most interviewers are not properly trained, incompetent and unprofessional when hiring employees. They hire people based on their personal opinion. A lot are very judgmental of physical appearance rather than a potential employees skill set. They lack the ability to defer from a competent employee from an incompetent one.

Typically it would take a day as upper management insist we hire people to keep a contract going. Unfortunately, money is more important than hiring competent employees for this company.
