I like Wintec for there role in snow clearing they get the job done. Wintec need to be there for the employee more and definitely pay better so they can keep the good guys
New equipment but poor maintenance can not keep employees mechanics truck driver coe has bad temper yells at people not a manager does not know how to work with people
Terribly managed. Very toxic office environment with plenty of workplace drama. Management has no redeeming qualities. Would not recommend working here.
