Very repetitive and need to meet goals with non stop work. Always somthing to do they do have problems wirh upper management. All my co workers were great and always had fun with them. Upper managemnt can be unfair and hend rules amd dont talje notice to personnel problems only care os production. Supwrvosers were great peoplealways there to help they gould be more consodered like a friend than authority but every deprarment is different.

Long hours, hot, dusty, loud.Continental shift… work every other weekend. High turnover rate of new people.Everyone knows everyones business. Management is kind of absent.

travail en douceur, sans tension et stress sans pression. il y a des nuances, mais ce n'est pas plus que partout ailleurs, une très bonne ambiance dans l'équipe, l'aide, le soutien, l'attitude délicate de la direction.

for the most part a good place to work. good pay, higher retirement plan than a lot of places around. Just be warned that parts of the plant can regularly be 45 degrees or hotter in the summer

Il y a une super belle ambiance, les superviseurs, patrons et employés sont super gentils en général et le salaire est bon. Parcontre il fait très chaud dans l'usine et c'est très physique comme emploi alors on doit être en excellente forme physique pour éviter les blessures! Je recommande fortement si vous êtes une personne manuelle, débrouillarde et que ça ne vous dérange pas de faire des horaires rotatives!

The jobs are casual labour but the pay is good

They primarily do casual shut down labour so it’s short seasonal but the pay is excellent during that time work is very easy and hard to not be good at it

People on the floor are great BUT managers need a lot of work !! You can "break the rules " just not while management is around. Dont EVERget hurt on the job, if you aren't let go right away they will find a reason to let you go.

I enjoyed it there, I was a contract worker for them until coronavirus hit, I’d enjoy going back. There’s a good crew of guys working there. I recommend them, at least in Hinton.
