Getting to know the corporate culture.
I was in charge of orientation for new hires within the Tech Ops department of WestJet Encore. Company has a one/Two day orientation and then individual departments have their own onboarding process. WestJet corporate statement promotes a great onboarding but I must admit some departments lack... again back to the need for better management (leading, training) of middle management at WestJet
