Get rid of toxic management ( kenaston location to be exact )
I understand that no phones are to be allowed with employees when they are working. Give attention to customers and be professional. I see that Some managers stand on floor and he text all day. I don’t think he is doing work.
It seem like half of staff and managers do all the work and others are lazy.
Looks bad when one manager does nothing and stand around the store watching YouTube videos or text on there phone while staff work hard at Hillcrest store.
I personally think everything is great and I can honestly say I’ve never worked for a better company! They actually care about their staff. Super flexible breaks, they honor their agreements for full time hours, most weeks hitting 38-39.5 hours PAID (after deducting lunch) yes sometimes we miss or take half lunch but it’s always by choice and never forced.
Very surprised at the complaints I read here on indeed. Yes. You do. Get. Free lunch. If your store is top in company you do get free lunch.
Owner and management give too much favouritism. Treat staff equally don’t give perks to just favorite staff. Better pay and raises will keep staff from leaving as well.
Better pay for staff. Losing staff because of that.
Annual wage increases, more perks for staff.
Train, train and retrain. Their need a better system for HR. The same (Manager) can't be doin the discipline that has a personal Vendetta against an employee. Be the same (Manager) that the same employee would go to when they have something personal going on without having a bias.
The manager at the Toronto and Hillcrest location takes everything personal and acts based on that.
