First, they don't do their jobs properly. never had a raise despite of having to work there for more than 8 years. To think that I'm getting paid the same as the new people. Managers are so lazy and I end up helping everyone. Managers are absolutely garbage. They have managers who talk bad about their employees. They have no respect. Acting like they know better than everyone but in reality they just pass on the work to us. I hate to think that I work so much more than everyone yet I don't get the recognition I deserved. These people know how I work and they're too dependent on me now. And if someone does poorly on their job, I'm always the one getting blamed. These people will ask you to do something for them at multiple times at the same time and they get mad if you can't do one of them. The new people that are getting hired doesn't really help at all. They're all slow and despite of working more than a couple months already, they still don't know what they're Doin and I end up helping

Not much cultural diversity lots of communication barriers between employees minimum wage lots of stress hot and uncomfortable no free food if you work there not worth it in my opinion

No diversity or focus on improving culture. Only manager level and down represented by BIPOC at Cdn head quarters. Incredible scrutiny, ongoing pressure and environment of criticism. Dictators in lead positions with direct reports fearful of speaking up. Support and recognition is non existent. No room for advancement coupled with favouritism and nepotism related to any available opportunities.

Was a good work place to work for. I enjoyed my time there people were friendly and help me out when needed. Wish I could go back but it only pays minimum-wage.

I would not work here because of bad management. She seems to micromanage every tiny thing about me and had something negative to say everyday about me. It is not worth the pay. Go somewhere else

Ok, so I've worked at this location for over (let's keep that private) years now, and I've seen the staff roster change at least 4 times. The pay is lower than any restaurant I can find (minimum wage) and you are explicitly told to reject tips. I've never seen an organization that pays its full time and part time staff the same and never give any benefits or incentives to work more efficiently or to be a better employee at all. In the end you'll be replaced by a 16 year old in a heartbeat without a second thought. Every location it seems is understaffed and the benefits are godawful for the pure amount of insufferable co-workers and customers one has the displeasure of interacting with.

fun to work and every in management will treat you like a person, there was oppurtunity to grow if you have potential to become a leader. free meal for management employee and 50% for the crew

Loved my coworkers but the job is typical for fast food, rude customers, fast paced, very short and very few breaks for long shifts. Next to no benefits even as a full time worker. Pay was also pathetic, moves to part time because of it, working full time was not worth only $.20 more.

Managers treats you like dirt, expects you to do tasks and time limits that isnt reasonable. Work life blanace isnt there. Most times they expect a lot more from you even if you already work 10 days in a row. Not a workplace for everyone to be in

the job was more then tiring especially being the grill operator. it was also very hard to get more than 15 hours a week and it doesnt help that on some days they send you home after 3 hours. they cherry on top of why to not work here is because they dont give you a single break of any kind unless you work over 7 hours

Toxic work environment.Sick people.Sick management.How they can care about the customer servixe if they dont know how to treat employees.Poor salary.No benefits for the crew member and the managent have all the benefits that required.So basically the gonna treat you as a slave not as an employee.

Don't consider joining,if it is managed by North Indians. Very rude and partial behaviour. Doesn't know to even pronounce the products names correctly.

Untrained managers and understaffed. Thankless. Expected to work for free as they conveniently round hours back. Expect to be mistreated and put down. No raises ever no matter how long you have worked there. Training is all done via computer (if there is time) then immediatly throw you in position without further guidance.

constantly understaffed so the workers they do have get away with anything including bullying in the work place and laziness, you are overworked constantly, management dont care at all about staff, my father was very sick and i was told to keep smiling and not let the customers see how upset i was, we were promised raises and they never came, food was only 50 percent off no free meals for staff, constant background noise and beeping which drives you insane, they allow people to constantly walk out on shifts or be late with little to no consequences. i worked the night shift for 8 months and we would sometimes be there 2 to 3 hours after closing just catching up on cleaning.

It is a fast paced job environment given it is a fast food chain, but the management is terrible. They exhaust workers unnecessarily by poor scheduling of shifts, mismanaging, and micromanaging.

work before you talk, as my boss would say, it's minimum wage, not the best, but a good starting point for a lot of people getting into the work force, I never made a fortune working here, but I met a lot of people I care about and I learned a lot of skills I find useful in life now

Area manager was very unsympathetic. Cared more about what she wanted rather than the people driving the business. We had outdated P.O.S systems and the store was needing some T.L.C, however the owner was just worried about vacations.

I worked at wendy s only two month. The manager is really rude. She promised to give full time work. But after passing few days she gave only four hours in 2 days of week and after she stops giving schedule. I am talking about mount lehman wendy Abbotsford

I was victim of racism, boolying , shouting , the management doesn’t care for you , all what they care is the revenue, I worked extra hours but I didn’t get the extra money , I was paid the same amount for extra same as regular hours mean 15$/hour Too much stress , I was employed as a food service supervisor but I never do the duty for a supervisor for more than 8 months , and I was like a normal worker , no difference between us
