The other Crew meme era where nice and helpful same with most of the mangers takes awhile to get used... but it is fun problems that I had where that my GM would get mad for everything I did when everyone else would be doing them and never got in trouble for it she also would take my shifts away with out any explanation to the point I was only working 4 hours I also never got trained on anything but sandwiches which got annoying because I couldn’t do much but stand around once I finished all I could do
50% employe meals for shifts Fun crew
Working at wendys i met alot of new people got to know some of the regular customers. The crew was fun and hard working the store manger always strived for success and to bring a whole new meaning to fast food but the assistant store manger gossips about other employees writes people up for the things you hear from a regular disgruntled employee or a joke or two but if you make a joke he goes out of his way to make you suffer.. i got fired for doing my job and still having fun to keep up the mood of the employees while still maintaining our goals. He twists words and singles you out if he doesn’t like you same with the owner i have heard him say some pretty nasty things i.e are you re*****d and yes i am i have mild autism and adhd. Overall crew is amazing management needs a reality check except the store and general manager
One manager who will discriminate
WENDYSS have become so stressed for crew. no staff for day shift.. Walk in for day shift to a unorganized dirty place. nights do nothing anf days take the slack off it. No respect from management, sceaming at workers.. not a happy crew.
not enough staff.
I feel that Wendys is a great workplace because everyone is super helpful and we keep the store organized and clean so it’s presentable and welcoming for our customers and makes them want to come back.

Good job if you like meeting new people every day. It can be stressful during rush hours. Management just wants to keep labour cost low and make workers work extra. You are assigned different shifts each day with no regular schedule (morning shifts 8am to 4pm, afternoon shift 11am to 7pm and night shift 4pm to closing time)
Rotating shifts, not enough pay
I didn’t have much good experience here. your very overworked for a minimum wage job. Mangers take advantage of position (sit in the office all day, try to take your breaks away from you, making staff do manager type jobs etc) They don’t care if you have a personal life only if they do. If you get called in and you can’t come in managers will shoot off about you behind your back. If you don’t like getting screamed at make sure your a perfect person! If your sensitive to smells also do not work here!

Management, overworked, Under appreciated, harassment
I really enjoyed working at Wendy's I enjoyed working at the drive- thru and the front counter and talking to the customer and helping them if they have a problem with the menu
I worked there for over a year, striving for greatness, impressing the managers, and pushed myself to work the hardest I could. But unfortunately I was not rewarded for my work, and was refused any kind of pay raise for my dedication. This lead me down a road filled with stress. Many of my coworkers including myself are in search of new jobs because of poor training skills and lack of care for employees. The restaurant could improve by hiring more people, but this is hard because of the poor turnover rate.
Hours are not very flexible and it can be very difficult to get the shifts you’re comfortable with.
Supervisors who acted like spoiled little children, upper management who clearly didn't know what they were doing. Co-workers who skipped out on any and all shifts. But most of all the pointless drama and broken down useless tech.
1 or 2 decent co-workers who end up friends
Bad hours, rude staff, sanitary concerns

I have no words I learnt a fair amount and it was a good first job but I would hate to have been stuck there, and the uniforms were bad and there were no exceptions for when it was cold or extremely hot, the aprons only had functional pocket and we clunky and just another layer that what didn't even feel like material, we had to work six hours before a 30 minute break and very little care for mental issues. There was one particular manager who hated everyone but especially the girls and would taunt and sneer at us for no reason and even pretend to throw a punch at me, as well as yell and complain constantly no matter how hard we were trying.
50% discount for employies but only alowed to use it once a day
no fair breaks, no inclusiveness to the LGBTQ+ community lots of tension and very little space
In the beginning it was good by slowly I saw changes, all the managers are hypocritical, you are not allowed to talk to anyone but then they bring out there phones and talk about their life on the shift. Treated us like robots with no feelings, didn't even care to learn our names/spell them. Very disrespectul to everyone that was working. got a write up because I was sad even though they never asked why and talked about it with me. Overal worst place felt like h*ll everyday I was working.
Good company but needs better organization with managers.Rules changes way to often. But most part very nice to work with most of them.It can be a fast pace atmosphere and challenging to keep up but also very easy and quick to be promoted to manager
First, they don't do their jobs properly. never had a raise despite of having to work there for more than 8 years. To think that I'm getting paid the same as the new people. Managers are so lazy and I end up helping everyone. Managers are absolutely garbage. They have managers who talk bad about their employees. They have no respect. Acting like they know better than everyone but in reality they just pass on the work to us. I hate to think that I work so much more than everyone yet I don't get the recognition I deserved. These people know how I work and they're too dependent on me now. And if someone does poorly on their job, I'm always the one getting blamed. These people will ask you to do something for them at multiple times at the same time and they get mad if you can't do one of them. The new people that are getting hired doesn't really help at all. They're all slow and despite of working more than a couple months already, they still don't know what they're Doin and I end up helping
You get free food as long as you don't get caught
Dramas, unnecessary extra work, underpaid, lack of respect
I trained at Wendy's on Lundy's Lane but worked at the restaurant on Clifton Hill when it first opened - so we're going back a couple decades (plus). Nonetheless, I really enjoyed working there. The crew was great, management was great. Awesome place for a teen to gain experience, learn about teamwork, and make some money. I'm sure there's room for advancement if you stay long enough.
Can get busy & a bit overwhelming
The customers were great for the most part.... the other staff amazing... management were horrible, they were constantly unorganized and really mean about it. The schedule was never out with more then 2 days notice (Saturday night for that monday), we weren't allowed to have a life.... but worst of all I was fired because of complications with covid-19
