Great place to work if you are a student. It can get stressful at times when it is too busy, but overall is a good place to work. If you work full time you are eligible for benefits.
The customers were great for the most part.... the other staff amazing... management were horrible, they were constantly unorganized and really mean about it. The schedule was never out with more then 2 days notice (Saturday night for that monday), we weren't allowed to have a life.... but worst of all I was fired because of complications with covid-19
50% off one meal
labour intencive, exhausting, bullying, belittling, fear mongering, judgemental, zero sick time
Area manager was very unsympathetic. Cared more about what she wanted rather than the people driving the business. We had outdated P.O.S systems and the store was needing some T.L.C, however the owner was just worried about vacations.
Good food, good co-workers.
long hours, Stressful working environment.
Family-Oriented – employees are offered benefits and flexibility that make it easy to find balance Rewarding – those who exceed expectations are recognized, even in non-monetary ways Relaxed – workers are given some freedom to decide how they do their best work and then do it that way Challenging – team members are pushed to explore and work at the top of their skill sets; employees who are up for a challenge have access to more challenging work at any time

I learned a lot of things while working at Wendy's. it helps to boosts confidence, improve communication skills and how to work in environment full of different kinds of people whether its coworkers or the customers.
It is a good full time job especially if you get promoted to a shift supervisor till some age . It was helpful for me coz that helped in PR application. And also your job stays secured for as long as you want to work . And you can also continue it part time after getting a full time field job.
For a teenager as a start job it would be okay. If your trying to build yourself or provide for your family strongly do not recommend. Each location is different though.
Was in charge of opening and closing store. Supervised a staff of 10 to 15 people handle customers complaints. Made sure cash was always the same did deposit. Made sure food was to standard and temperature was always right for all fridges and freezers.
