Your willingness to work long hours and can stand long period of time. You will encounter different nationality nice and rude customer. Be friend with staffs. Working mid noon shifts is tiring, you were there during lunch and dinner rush hour, so you feel tired by the end of the day, you just want to go home and rest. Mostly you have to work full month weekends with no off.

Overall experience is good. All staff is very friendly, management team is very good. Up to date policies , rules and regulations. Treated like as a family member.

I run the store in morning or evening shift as per schedule. Supervise cleaning and sanitizing of machines and food preparations for the rush hours in the morning shift. Assigning the employees to their position , ordering stocks, cash register check outs. Perform walk thru checklist before opening the store to customers. Same procedure with the closing time, with closing inventory, sales deposit and cleaing and washing of some of the machines and utensils used during the day. ,

Challenging place to work very fast past high pressure stressful!! Shifts fly by and I got free lunch to my understanding the management has changed since I left so I hope the are more patient and understanding and encouraging

A day starts out as a manager includes setting up your shift for the day so it runs smoothly setting up and communicate all goals for the day . Giving all guests and crew a wow experience for the day . The best part of working at Wendy’s would be meeting new people as well as existing ones that come into our restaurants and put a smile on their face , the hardest part would have to be when employees call in for shifts and having to work a little harder to achieve goals for the day while trying to give all a wow experience

work load are too much no family time. work schedule are not fixed. everyday different time. no fixed hour. 3 man management team. I stayed for more than 5 years because i care for the people i am working with.

the most enjoyable part of the job is working with different people with the different attitudes ,working relationship for both gender ,sometimes you need to enlighten your personal perception to all co worker so you can work them easily ,and do motivation at all times ,keeping your goal and sales to grow by endearing relationship and service to all customer so they will keep coming back for the business, delegation of work is making you the best team leader that could lead to strong environment for the incoming future of everyone how you stand by your decision in making them responsible for the task they are making.

Working at Wendy's is a great experienced and I learned a lot of things especially dealing with a customer service.With a good management team and co workers.The hardest part of the job is dealing with a different kinds of staff towards attitude.

I started here as a sandwich maker, to cook. Ten to a supervisory position , and from there onto assistant manager. No two days were ever the sae. I learned bout labour cost, food cost , payable taxes , WCB, and so much more

Work is physically tiring, but it's fun working with the people. Most customers are friendly. The management is build very strong. Store is one of the cleanest fast food restaurant.

Upon entering the Wendy's establishment I was always greeted with a friendly welcome. I learned that more can be accomplished simply with kindness and understanding than with dictatorship and micro management. Wendy's was a perfect example of how collectively as a group men and women could be placed in a fast paced and at times stressful environment and yet still achieve superior goals when the crew and the lower management was lead with clear expectations, organization and gratitude for a job well done. The most challenging aspect of working as a manager often times was finding an effective way to blend the unique personalities of each employee while allowing them to do the jobs that they where best at...."Aces in their Places". By doing so effectively as a team we were able to meet service times, projected sales, friendly work environment and superior customer service. The most enjoyable part of working at Wendy's as a manager by far was having an opportunity to spend my days with intelligent, capable and overall incredible people who made work feel like a second home and the staff feel like extended family.

I was a general manager of that location and was responsible for managing sales,accounts,maintenance,payroll and labor etc. In this job, learned that cutomer service and treatment for staff is the most important part of the business.The hardest part of managing a restaurant is to have long term employee due to low pay rate and no benefit coverage. I really enjoyed my job because it's my passion to meet new people and work in a fast phase.

A day usually starts by knowing the store's performances the day before such as sales and labor reports. Finding out the good or bad incidents that occurred and using that information to decide the goal for the day and use it to coach certain people in the store. Also, I manage to ask how everybody is doing, and ask for any concerns regarding the store. The hardest part is dealing with customer complaints, as we always try to protect the company's interest and show empathy to customers as well. As much as possible, we don't want the customers to feel bad and win them back. Most enjoyable is working with people that consistently do their best in giving great customer experience and working as a team. Even in the busiest days, it's not that stressful when everyone is having fun in doing their work.

We follow the leadership steps on our everyday shift and the most common thing to do at first is to do walkthrus..This means checking all the conditions of the restaurant from food items, to manpower, equipment. Food safety must also be observed at all times. Cash control must be taken care of.Huddle must be done before lunch peak starts to update the crew aprovide them the goal for that day. We are expected to deliver A level shift. Crews must checked on their productivity level and skills, they must be coached and provide feedback after each shift. The hardest part of this work is the shifting schedule.. Request schedules are not given sometimes, flexible schedule is not provided. Enjoyable part is the environment that has to be fun yet productive environment.

Wendy's Restaurant is a great employer to work for. They are loyal and they "Do" as they preach! I admire that in a company. unfortunately Life circumstances had pulled me away and I love the restaurant atmospher! I loved the challenges that fast foos offers as far as speed and customer service. You have no idea how good if feel to serve a great meal under 30 seconds. How good it feels to make others happy and how it feels to work together as a team to make it all happen.
