The job it's self was okay however the management would deny you your basic human rights on shift such as going to the washroom. Over all my experience with them was sub par and i would probably not go back. especially if management denies you your own rights.
The managment was very poor, I cannot speak for every restaurant but my workplace was just terrible. We had a manager walk out twice, people never showing and unfair treatment from managers. They were very cheap, they paid me the minimum they could have paid and I did the tasks nobody else would do when asked, but still received same pay and treatment. The only team morale we had was between the personal relationships between employees, motivation wasn't supplied or monitored.

Managers have play favortisim and If the emcee doesn't fit into that group, the manager and assisted manager would give the worst jobs to them or repeatedly be on their backs about eveything they do wrong. Could.use more compassion with employees instead of making them cry and feel worthless.
Working at Wendy's was my first job experience. It was very intimidating at first because the job was very fast pace and you need to be 100% present. Thankfully all my co-workers and managers were very friendly and patient that I was able to get use it everything in a short amount of time.
The staff there are very slow and not so bright. the bosses are ignorant and have no consideration for anything, they will yell and embarrass you infront of everybody over something simple such as when starting new asking a question, they expect you to just know what to do... the gossip behind everybody’s back is also really immature coming from women at the age that should know better and act better then that
Wendy's is a fast pace environment with many hours to offer if one needs them. It has good fast food that many people enjoy. I've learned how to deal with customers as well as be a team member. I've learned how to manage my own time and have learned skills that will benefit me in the future.
Great people to work for
It was many years ago since I've worked there but it was an enjoyable experience thanks to the co-workers. Not my cup of tea to work there so I left but recommended for anyone looking to get a start up job.
Working at Wendy's is a repetitive thing day after day of the same thing. This is good in a sense because if you know what you have to do tomorrow you can prepare for it today. It taught me how to take initiative and plan ahead, in a place where you need to get your product out quickly you have to be ready and waiting in order to be at full speed. Having to work at high paces for hours on end is definetly tiring and in my opinion is the hardest part of the job. Though having a good staff and a good work environment make the day go by smoothly and quickly.
on a normal shift you sweep , mop , take out garbage. During Peak Shifts You Serve and engage in conversation with guests to the store as you help them order food. Hardest part is dealing with confused or mislead guests. Easiest part about the work would be doing dishes or closing the store.
love this job until I moved away learned to handle fast food and handle the customers a lot better and make them smile Manager was the great loved working with them all There was no problems at this job at all
free lunch some days
10 hours days
This job was great to do alongside school as it was a simple job that I could bring down to only 5-10 hours a week if need be. The environment was great as most of the people that worked there were younger kids with tons of energy, some of which I have made friends with.
I worked well at this location the fellow employees were hard working and enjoyable company and the management was attentive to the needs of the staff. I enjoyed the opportunity.
Food discount, small eating space, comfortable clients
During my time working at Wendy's I was able to get used to the work culture. At the time i started as a dinning room/ back room cleaner and eventually got promoted to line cook. When i finally ended my time at Wendy's do to school. Overall my time at Wendy's was enjoyable and rich with experiences.
