Supervisors who acted like spoiled little children, upper management who clearly didn't know what they were doing. Co-workers who skipped out on any and all shifts. But most of all the pointless drama and broken down useless tech.
1 or 2 decent co-workers who end up friends
Bad hours, rude staff, sanitary concerns
the job was more then tiring especially being the grill operator. it was also very hard to get more than 15 hours a week and it doesnt help that on some days they send you home after 3 hours. they cherry on top of why to not work here is because they dont give you a single break of any kind unless you work over 7 hours
a big whopping 50% off meals only on the days you work
barley any hours and no breaks

It was fine once i started the job, but over time the management got worse and worse, by the time I left it was at a point where if you did no work then the managers would just make someone else do it and you got away with it every shift, and if you actually tried to get your own work done correctly and in a timely manner, you were forced to do every other persons job in addition to your own.
a typical day at work was long talks with co-workers and stressful cleaning. i have learned a lot at Wendy's, like i learned that its best to be truthful rather than to lie
First job I had. Learned valuable professional skills, learned to be tolerable of fast paced environments. Good atmosphere, consistent work. Worked both Kenmount and Topsail. Kenmount was great, friendly managment who give you training and are patient. Topsail was awful, never ever apply there. The management is horrible to you.
Easy work, Consistent work, never bored, good atmosphere
pay could be higher, stressful at times especially working with kids
Working at Wendy's has been a great experience for me. You're able to meet friendly coworkers, get rewarding skills and have a good workplace culture.
the job is easy enough, it can get very busy/stressful at times though. there is not that much downtime and the workload is a lot for certain positions such as the grill operator. they will ask you to do everything so you should have good multitasking skills if you want to work at wendy's. customers are usually very annoying but that's expected at a fast food restaurant. it's a good job if you really need the money but you might not want to work there for too long, don't get too comfortable.
I've been working for over a year and they sometimes just cut my shifts for no reason and as of writing this I haven't worked in over a month. The manager doesn't seem to understand the law and thinks she can just not give people hours and thinks she doesn't need to lay people off. It's also possible that the foreign students are being favored over people that live in Canada and put money into CANADA'S Economy
My hours slowed down a lot over time which caused me to look for new work but otherwise it was a great place to work at and as someone with very little experience, it is a great place to start at
I had fun working there and I respect anyone who can do that type of work. I wasent able to keep up in that type of work but I still value the education And experience I got from working there.
