I didn’t have much good experience here. your very overworked for a minimum wage job. Mangers take advantage of position (sit in the office all day, try to take your breaks away from you, making staff do manager type jobs etc) They don’t care if you have a personal life only if they do. If you get called in and you can’t come in managers will shoot off about you behind your back. If you don’t like getting screamed at make sure your a perfect person! If your sensitive to smells also do not work here!

Management, overworked, Under appreciated, harassment
Not a terrible place to work at, it can get a little boring and repetitive sometimes, as well as a little stressful and fast paced. Not too bad a place to work at, except one of the managers will treat you like dog water if you don’t do something right, has no patience, and is rude and unnecessarily mean. If I wanted to have a certain day off for any specific reason, this manager would not believe me and tell me that there’s people working six days a week as if that were my problem.
Food not so expensive during work
Even in 8 hour shifts, only a half an hour break

Management has no idea on what they want and expect u do everyones job they keep employees sho should be fired not a good job if ur looking for growth
I can overall say that when he’s was a terrible place to work for I have been dreading the day that I would quit but management will sit there and complain to you about people not doing their jobs but they’re not even do anything about it when their managers and then expect you to pick up their slack
You get what you expect when you sign on to work for a fast-food chain - simple, and a fine job when you need something. Happiness depends on your coworkers and management; I've been fortunate enough to make good friends with many of my own. Otherwise you're at the mercy of the typical trappings working in this line of customer service, such as high workload, stressful hours when busy, potential customer unrest (regardless of your own attitude), and the like.Good starting position, no stand-out complaints, but no stand-out positives either.
50% off lunches, positive management, decent teamwork.
Stressful at times, not entirely satisfying, quality-of-life is mostly out of your control.
Good people. I recommend it. Nothing bad to say. It's a PT to make extra money! If you don't like to work as s team not the place for you. They work with schedule. They train you at all stations
It was a fun job just litte management and over worked . They expect you to work at a fast pace with no break the mangers leave you there and only think of their self
You’re barely trained, management acts like it’s boot camp when it’s literally a fast food restaurant. management is immature and talks about coworkers constantly. and if you aren’t a favorite you get left out of all conversation. there’s little to no flexibility to the schedule. none of the team members show up to work bc they don’t want to deal w it.
pay is good
management, schedule, training.
I really enjoyed working at Wendy's I enjoyed working at the drive- thru and the front counter and talking to the customer and helping them if they have a problem with the menu
Really poor management. Typical fast food job drama. I recommend you stay away from this company unless you're really desperate for work. But, this kind of what you get when you work in lower skilled jobs like this.
Poor management, treats employees poorly
In the beginning it was good by slowly I saw changes, all the managers are hypocritical, you are not allowed to talk to anyone but then they bring out there phones and talk about their life on the shift. Treated us like robots with no feelings, didn't even care to learn our names/spell them. Very disrespectul to everyone that was working. got a write up because I was sad even though they never asked why and talked about it with me. Overal worst place felt like h*ll everyday I was working.
Good company but needs better organization with managers.Rules changes way to often. But most part very nice to work with most of them.It can be a fast pace atmosphere and challenging to keep up but also very easy and quick to be promoted to manager
It’s a very good starting job for younger kids, not somewhere you want to be forever though. Too much drama all the time. The staff usually makes up for the lack of motivation there is though.
