I worked at Norwich Wendy's for approximately 3 months there was no consistency with scheduling work day 12 hr shift for minimum wage unprofessional work environment poor cleanliness practices. Until a change of management I wouldn't recommend this job unless you where a young adult with no responsibilities.Very inflexible for the challenges that covid presents
Friendly co workers
Low pay long hrs no training

Any job is difficult when you are terribly under staffed and under paid. When under staffed, it effects the mood and interferes with the dynamics of team members and slows production, which affects our customers.
Honest Hard Work, Free Meal, Daily Pay
Sometimes, No Break!
God awful place to work. First day starting out, I had no one show me direction, for the 8 months of working there I was never put on the schedule and was told to come in whenever I wanted but as soon as I would arrive for a shift I was sent home due to the fact that there were too many people working. Messy and rude co workers.
The Wendy's that I worked at, and I don't quite know if this applies to all of them at the moment, was horribly understaffed with the very few workers that we actually had oftentimes just vanishing without even calling in. Management would do little to nothing about this and that would leave us with 2-3 people for morning to rush hour shifts. I opened and oftentimes the manager (who has the keys to get into the building) wouldn't show up until 7 (keep in mind morning crew starts at 5:30 and we open up at 6:30)
Very Flexible Schedule, Will Keep You Busy
Horribly Understaffed with Unreliable Managers
It was a long job closing at night. Usually didn’t get home until 2-3am. Caused a lot of stress on me and my family. Even after I had a surgery they still wanted me to work even though I needed time off for rest.
Free drinks, okay pay
Long hours, no breaks
I worked here for about 3 months or so, I never really got trained in much. I was just expected to figure it out which is quite difficult. Mangers also didn't know what they were doing. It was ok overall though for a first job,
It was horrible. Managers has no respect for the employees. I would never in my life ever work at wendy's again; nor would I refer anyone to wendy's. The wendy's on hilltop in Jonesboro Arkansas is horrible. They are the worse one in town. I'll never work there again.
The place is terrible employee put food on floor in cooks it they don't wash hands they all dope addicted in there they don't make you feel like you should have the job
Pay for food, terrible salary/ pay I can't afford to pay my bills with there pay
