On a typical day, especially during lunch and dinner hours, it gets extremely busy, but manage to work through it with correct number of staff. Usually two to three supervisors and managers, plus up to six crew members. The most enjoyable part is interacting with customers and coworkers. The hardest part is keeping work area clean during busy times and when the district manager is present and oversees what each individual is doing. Some of the management staff were friendly and understanding of my abilities to complete my duties, whereas some others didn’t.
it was a good experience you learn alot about costumer service and how to treat people and deal with difficult situations and now that I have learned such it would be nice to work in a different enviornment

It is not a bad place to work the employes are quiet friendly and helpful management always listen about our problems and try their best to solve them but now days they do not have enough ours for work
Not enough work
I used to work as a order taker in the drive tru,I learned to communicate to the people,management is good,the hardest part of the job is multi tasking and I enjoyed the job because mostly of the employees and managers are nice.
I liked working on a flexible schedule, I learned a lot about customer service, management was great giving the fact we where a very busy location, I enjoy people there for my co worker were awesome I enjoy challenges, one thing I dislike was unsatisfied customer or just grumpy people in general. I enjoy all the people and fast past work

Work cashier, Usually driver thru, Stocked the store and Cleaned the restaurant, Rush hour peak taught me how to work quickly and efficiently but also how to handle stress when working through stressful situations, Co-workers we're extremely friendly and helpful when needing help with any task i was unsure how to do, Customers could at times be frustrating but with the managers help all situations would be resolved quickly, Best part of the job was i learn't quickly and had fun doing it.
i work 8:30-4:30, i get to work and start with line set up and food prep, when we open the store iam a casher. Wendys has lots of positions to learn from, i learned how to be a cashier and work with customers. Management is great and co-worker are a great team. the hardest part of the job is when we are short staff. the most enjoyable part of the job is doing different tasks and working with people.
a very friendly corporation to work with. the management was really nice and are flexible with giving hours. overall a really nice environment to work in. all the co workers were helpful and understanding. I really enjoyed interacting with customers and sometimes the difficulty was dealing with some customers who could not understand English as well.
