fun to work and every in management will treat you like a person, there was oppurtunity to grow if you have potential to become a leader. free meal for management employee and 50% for the crew
free meal for supervisor 50% for crew
I had a second job during the summer and management didn’t give me a single shift for an entire month. Keep in mind my availability was any evening 5pm-11pm and for one whole month I didn’t get a single shift
If you are looking for a COMPANY for long term employment, very warmth & friendly, very supportive, great system and value employees. I definitely rec
I highly recommended this company. Stress free and people are very well trained, friendly and helpful and I must say that they have a good system and you will not feel that you are not welcome. So happy to be hired by this company.
The job it's self was okay however the management would deny you your basic human rights on shift such as going to the washroom. Over all my experience with them was sub par and i would probably not go back. especially if management denies you your own rights.

I loved the staff but had a few problems with general manager , not a proper manager the way she addressed staff was unethical . I got promoted very quickly withing 3 months of working .
For the location i've worked for, it was a toxic environment from me. Conflict of interests and negativity surrounds you. After 2 months of working there, i realize that i didn't want to work there anymore. I can't speak about this for each location because i've heard other locations performed better. Conflict of interests between Crew & Management. Management isn't up to standards. Store can't even perform well and is only fun if you're not with certain people. Expects you to be doing something constantly instead of sending you home because they already don't make money. Most days are spent cleaning because it's dead, hence why they aren't making enough money. Really, the only enjoyable part about this job for me was having the Monday to Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
Toxic Management & Crew, Poor Management, Conflict of Interest, Always dead
it was a good company to work with, I enjoyed the staff and the management, I enjoyed my hours and the fact that I had a stable job and that I was working for my pay, I enjoyed taking orders and dealing with customers. what I didn't like is how everything was done a certain way and you could not come up with your own way of doing things as I find everyone should have a chance of having an idea or at least being a part of the team meaning you can submit an idea.
customers and taking their orders
could not have your own idea or opinion on how things can be done
I am learning lots of things at wendy because it is restaurant job which helps me to enhances the various skills in my personality. for example: Work in busy hours, Handle pressure of orders , Dealing with customers , listening and speaking skills.
I got work experience as well as cash experience so it was a good first job. Would not recommend if you are just wanting a job because you have to do alot of horrible jobs and deal with a lot of customer service (angry customers, police etc)
The atmosphere you get is pretty good because everybody is all focus on getting the orders right and the quality of the food perfect so that way customers can enjoy their meals
I've learned a lot from this place but overall I wasn't happy working here because the management was dysfunctional and there drama leaked onto everyone else and they're also cheapskates and the raises are insulting
50% off food
not enough hours and you're always getting sent home early and you can only use your 50% once
