Loved my coworkers but the job is typical for fast food, rude customers, fast paced, very short and very few breaks for long shifts. Next to no benefits even as a full time worker. Pay was also pathetic, moves to part time because of it, working full time was not worth only $.20 more.
You are induced into a greasy environment that makes your whole body hurt. add in the convenience of just buying lunch from work you are setting yourself up to be sorry. Need to work hard for minimum wage while others get away with doing less and yelling at management positions. Although lots of the coworkers were great the whole place was slowly falling through the wires.
50 percent off anything you order.
Honestly wasn't that bad just too much work for minimum wage.
There was planning for scheduled shifts and worker normally gets ad hoc calls as to start time for their shift as well as end time. Competition was present for shifts and management lack proper training making the environment very toxic resulting in high staff turnover.
I enjoyed working there, the managers were professional and taught all necessary skills and were patient, I learned a lot working there and there is a great sense of culture between coworkers and everyone usually got along quite well!

So far, it became my home and the management is quite good. Co-workers are really close to each other which is a good thing in terms of teamwork. Everyone's approachable especially the managers.
Discounts on food purchases
Schedule conflict at times
Working at Wendy's is a great experienced and I learned a lot of things especially dealing with a customer service. With a good management team and co workers. The hardest part of the job is dealing with a different kinds of staff towards attitude.
