I loved all my co- workers each shift i showed up with a big hello to everyone and everyone was so caring they always showed care for everyone and it was great, we have alot of fun on shift always laughing going on our team knew when it was a good time to laugh and when to keep focused on high sales periods. The most enjoyable part of my job was giving direction and ensuring business flow, as someone who worked in customer service for 6 years i have experience and it was time i took a step up and showed my skills for a management member, a typical day at work was like a typical get together, we all knew our jobs and we knew how to get things done on time and properly
free lunch, more responsibilities good hours

Fast moving pace, multitasking required, learned and enhanced skill in verbal communication skills through interaction of customers and friendly co-workers, working night shifts can be stressful however the opportunity to get to engage with others is a plus
hours can be long
This was a part-time job while I was attending college. I worked along side teenagers and somewhat made it hard to stay motivated to work hard when other team members just didnt care. Management was young too but the were all very hands on so it helped inways to keep people on their toes. The hardest part of the job would be watching management picking up the slack of the employees and the employees just not respecting their job description and eventually led to high turn over rates. The most enjoyable part of the job was being appreciated for my hard work and dedication and being recognised.
The managers and co-workers are friendly. It is an encouraging environment to do better every day in terms of making the sandwiches look more presentable as well as increasing the speed of delivery to the customers. I learned that communication between all staff is the key to success in speed. Lack of communication results in customers having to wait for their meals, and decrease in quality of food. Sometimes managers may get upset or start yelling at workers. At the end of the day, it is important to keep in mind that their actions are from stress trying to maintain a good business and great customer satisfaction. It is never personal.
