This was my first job ever. I learned a lot about customer service. A typical day for me would be to make sandwiches all day and if it gets busy, I would be told to go on the till to take orders since we were always short staffed. The management could have been better. They cut a lot of hours so there was no point in working there. The hardest part of the job was to deal with the manager who always yelled at everyone. The only enjoyable part of working there were my fun coworkers.
It is a good place to learn and improvise your skills like labour and cooking and speed. The management is really sweet and helpful. The environment is quite helpful and coperative.
not enough hours
Managers, often yell at you and talk down to you. Don't respect you as a person. No flexibility with scheduling or days off. Work you to the max. Zero toleration for mistakes no matter how small. Long hours.

It was a pleasure working at the company. It's a great fun place to work at with cooperative and friendly co-workers. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you recieve a compliment over your work.
not treating fair at times
Was a very fast paced company, lots of multitasking and organization was required as certain times of the day would get very busy. Handling cash was a huge part of the job and had to be careful considering there were lots of customers in line.
I was very young when I started at wendy's restaurant. It was a great place to work, gained great customer service experience at a young age which really helped me.
