I do not process the orders just the payments and the managers @ the other window does the order fore me. The staff actually found that quicker as it sped up production and sales. I typically process 120 to 140 order payments in 3 hours The staff there is really helpful as they will show you how to do things
Everyone is really helpfl and they work well together
None that I can think of at this moment
The people there were all so nice and if u need help with anything they were more than welcome to help u out. As I was working in drive thru taking payments it was really easy as all u had to do was see their order pop up on ur screen and the amount they have to pay then they give u your money and they will say if their paying cash or debit.
You have to be quick on your feet and not get stressed over the little thing. The only hard part is when the customers make a scene and are rude. I have learned how to manage money and deal with the customers who are having a bad day.
You get 30% off of the food you order.

I'm very blessed to be employed here. This is a great organization that aims to exceed their clients/customers expectations but they also look to take care of their employees as well. They are one of the remaining companies to offer incentives to their employees. Longevity is one of the things I admire about them.
Was a fun place to work while Cooperate owned. Once private owned they changed the rules and policies as they saw fit and didn't communicate changes to lower management or crew until they saw you do something wrong.
30% off meals while working 10% when not working
Not enough communction
co-workers and customers are always happy and friendly I've learned a lot about how the sales industry works picked up a lot of useful skills such as multitasking under pressure, keeping up customer relations, up selling product, and being productive while maintaining a healthy clean and safe work environment.
I started working at Wendy's with three of my good friends. There were many nice good working people there for the two and a half years I worked there. The managers are super nice and for the most part were always fair. I learned how to work in a very fast paced environment working in the kitchen preparing food for customers. I worked on the sandwich station most of the time. I learned every position in the store. When I was working I was the person who would cover everyone on their breaks, then do other work that was needed to be done if it wasn't busy. At times there was drama with a few managers talking bad about the employees and the same for my co-workers talking bad about the managers. I don't think I was very fair that when I worked there for the time that I did I did not receive one raise in my wage. I asked and was turned down by the owner. I always had a feeling he did not like me much, there was a lot of favoring with him and some of my other co-workers. I was always doing extra work to make sure that the store looked clean. For example I spent hours scrubbing and digging the grease and dirt out of the tiles in the floor so they looked good as new and I didn't get any recognition for that. The thing I liked most about working at Wendy's was the people I got to work with. We all got along super well when I was there. We were like a big family.
Getting along so well with my co-workers
