Management was constantly spotty in terms of quality, same with people. We were also always short people because nobody wanted to work under such inconsistent management. The managers also had a tendency to disregard the days we had booked off well in advance (sometimes even months beforehand) only to tell us to our face that we "Should have booked it off two weeks prior." I feel bad for the people still working there, they deserved better. They were generally pretty cool people, some I still keep in touch with years after they left. I really only enjoyed the times where I wasn't on the Drive-Thru window or Front cashier, I really preferred working on the grill or helping put away the food deliveries we got three times a week.
Loved the crew. Perfect place to put it in industrial. And included tim hortons. So much more benefit. And the boss was amazing. Learnt all about the grill and puw and cashier. Great benefits and christmas party was always fun. Red robins. And discount was the best. Loved the spicy chicken. Love the salads now. Apple pecan

Working to various roles can be difficult, but could also lead to different learning experiences. Whether those be technical, such as operating the cashier, setting up the alarm et cetera, or personal enhancement, such as multitasking and time-management.
Learn a lot
Opening shifts are very calm and fun work. Lunch time are very busy but is well maintained by managers that prepared well before lunch time. Overall work are fun and hard at the same time, but you build trust and teamwork.
this was an amazing first job it was very goofy and fun but professional although some of the management could use some work this was overall an amazing experience

Wendy's overall is a pretty fun place to work as long as you have the right manager and team. Most Wendy's are very clean and sanitary but some of them are just a graveyard of old food. Customers are pretty cool and the registers are easy as pie to use, it even shows you pictures.
50% off of Wendy's n whatever it's connected too
Only durring work and the hours are not enough
A typical day at work was usually the same, serving customers either with front cash or drive-through, and mainly closing at night. I learned speed, and multitasking. Management is a bit harsh and always seemed to pick on me for never meeting their standards, even though I was pushing my limits. Most of my co-workers were very introverted, but there were a few I got along with well. Hardest part of my job was dealing with all the bad things I was told about myself. The most enjoyable part of my job was seeing all the amazing types of people that came in.
50% off lunches.
Late shifts, never fast or good enough.
a normal day at work would include keeping the service time down reaching our goal in our extra cleaning and making sure each and every customer was happy and satisfied. i have learned team work, and how to work in a fast paced environment. management was always very on top of things and always there if you needed help or had troubles understanding anything as well as making sure you are keeping up with your responsibility. the hardest part was heavy lifting at the end of the night cleaning up at close. Most enjoyable was being apart of a team it never felt like i was ever alone we all helped eachother and worked together to make our daily goals.
very welcoming team member
Wendy's was an awesome introduction to the big scary place known as the real world. I learned how to balance my personal life with work, as well as with school, I learned what full time hours were like to work during the summer time, and most of all I learned the importance of being a hard worker. I gave my all everyday at Wendy's, striving to provide the fastest, while still accurate, service to customers.
A typical day at Wendy's would be if working during the morning time, morning prep. Getting ready with all the things needed in order to process the food according to procedure. At Wendy's I got the opportunity to learn the proper food safety requirements. As well as more communication skills developed through customer service. Management was well organized at most times, however lacked a proper sign in schedule for the start, break, and end for your shift. The co-workers at Wendy's were all very friendly, and welcoming. They we're all amazing to work with, and kept friendships with most. The most enjoyable part of my job there was interacting with customers and seeing a smile on their face after giving them their proper order.
Discounts on food, good break time.
There wasn't too much to do there, task wise.
