Great place to work if you are a student. It can get stressful at times when it is too busy, but overall is a good place to work. If you work full time you are eligible for benefits.
Untrained managers and understaffed. Thankless. Expected to work for free as they conveniently round hours back. Expect to be mistreated and put down. No raises ever no matter how long you have worked there. Training is all done via computer (if there is time) then immediatly throw you in position without further guidance.
The Store was not following labour laws and would cut your hours if you worked past overtime. You will never get the overtime payments that your have worked for. I have several times worked 50+ hours a week due to everyone quitting. The store manager would take my extra hours and give them to her Daughter. It's now run by new Management, so it should be fine now.

Free food when working
Decent job, co workers are nice Management is nice and is willing to teach you can talk to you. I learned a lot on the job, Day by day is mostly prep food, get ready for a rash, repeat.
Great co workers
Horrible management- although had the pleasure of working with great staff, and received 25+ hours per week as a part time student, the location I worked at in ontario was run horribly.
Great staff, good hours
If working front cash you will take orders from customers and handle money, also be able to keep dining and bathrooms tidy. If working drive thru cash you will take orders over headset, handle cash and wash dishes.
50% off food while working
I must say, I enjoy working here. It's a way to bring in a bit of money. Not a lot by any means, but I was fortunate enough to get a good bunch of people who like to talk and joke to pass the time. Makes for a good environment overall!
Not much in the way of monetary assets.
Fast-paced work environment with great staff make it not only bearable, however makes tasks seem more like fun rather than work
I love working at Wendy's. The staff are nice and you make friends with almost everybody that works there pretty much immediately. Having friends in the workplace makes the job not as hard.

Only usable once per day on days you work
Working at Wendy's was certainly an experience. The team were always friendly, kind and positive people. I learned a lot about time management, the benefits of a positive attitude and keeping a smile on my face even on the hardest and most trying of days. I worked at wendy's for about two years and I found the hardest part of the job was trying to provide both a quick yet friendly and reliable atmosphere for our guests. Management could be very pushy and not very encouraging which made working in that environment very trying and difficult. I love providing excellent customer service, showcasing my skills and providing top class results in my work but I don't think it was the ideal environment for me.
teamwork, flexible, friendly
stressful, rushed, no benefits or encouragement
Mostly Friendly Environment, given responsibility in training new employees loved helping, Wonderful Customers, Great Co workers and i loved working at Wendy's.
Customers and the Managers
Not enough hours and super late nights
the environment was very fast paste you had to be on the ball at all times, ensure your dinning room was clean and organized, re-stock condiment, and operate cash register and handle money
discounts on amusement parks
very fast and on the go all the time
I learned to work with other people and faster. The management was good and my co-workers were great as well. The most enjoyable part of my job is was meeting new people and the environment was great to work in.
Not long enough shifts
Easy to get along with co-workers and management. Usually very busy and sometimes stressful due to under staffing busy days/shifts. Pretty simple to keep busy with cleaning and restocking.
50% off food before, after, during a shift. Easy to book days off
irregular hours, usually short 3-5 hour shifts, work most weekends
Great team to work with but not enough hours to make ends meet. I didn't work here for very long as I was young and needed to focus on school. Also it was a very long time ago. Also this needing to review thing is really annoying.
A typical day at work consisted of coping in a fast paced environment while maintaining customer interaction. Preparing and receiving orders while perfecting time management. As well as processing payments while working on multitasking skills. While working in such a team oriented environment I gained knowledge on skills such as, time management, multitasking, cleaning, organization, customer service, team building and much more. The management team at Wendy's was exceptional and contributed to all of the skills I gained knowledge on as well as all co-workers. The hardest part about the job was being able to receive and ring up orders while processing payments for previous orders all while maintaining customer interaction through the drive thru speaker and at the window. The most enjoyable part of the job was the challenges given each day as well as the need to multitask in a timely manner and consistently maintaining customer interactions.
Long hours, great recognition, happy environment
