constantly understaffed so the workers they do have get away with anything including bullying in the work place and laziness, you are overworked constantly, management dont care at all about staff, my father was very sick and i was told to keep smiling and not let the customers see how upset i was, we were promised raises and they never came, food was only 50 percent off no free meals for staff, constant background noise and beeping which drives you insane, they allow people to constantly walk out on shifts or be late with little to no consequences. i worked the night shift for 8 months and we would sometimes be there 2 to 3 hours after closing just catching up on cleaning.
no care for workers
started off great then general store managers changed and went downhill. would not give you full time hours even if you were hired for full time hours
no employee recognition awards. no yearly review or raises. very stressful. management is rude and unprofessional. would not get full time hours even if you were hired for full time, which left a lot of people to find second jobs. when you changed availability to make a living and juggle both jobs, they would not adjust your hours accordingly and would schedule you beyond your availability. and if they should ever call you at home to pick up a shift, heaven forbid you are unable to answer their call, now you just lost more hours on your next schedule

I only worked there for 3 months so I cannot give an accurate review of working there, but, for the short time I worked there I enjoyed it and got along with everybody I worked with.
Discount on meals
A fun environment to work in, very friendly and understanding staff. My manager was outstanding and helped me learn quickly. After only 3 months I was offered a better job in wendys but left because it did not fit my schedule with school at the time.
Working environment is too fast but sometimes there are less employees and customers has to wait for long for their orders.Sometimes they get upset because of late service.i do not like this type of customer service which can not give proper satisfactions to their customers.
near to my home
not fixed working hours
Like any Fast Food place; the job is easy but can be stressful at times. They try and accommodate your availability as well as still be fully staffed. Not always possible of course. But they do try.
Meet alot of different people. Including new staff and customers.
low wages unless willing to move up
Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I was really happy there and sad to leave, but I had enough of the fast-food world. It's crazier than most expect.
The smell of everything
During my time working at Wendy's I was able to get used to the work culture. At the time i started as a dinning room/ back room cleaner and eventually got promoted to line cook. When i finally ended my time at Wendy's do to school. Overall my time at Wendy's was enjoyable and rich with experiences.
Enjoyable work environment.
Not enough hours
go into work, check daily sales from the day so far or the sales for that particular day, check the schedule to see how many people were working on my shift, and which positions I wanted them in, responsible for balancing the safe and all tils, jump into positions that need the most help at one given time, while making sure that front line and drivethru were moving smoothly and in the right amount of time, giving my staff jobs to do like stocking and prep, dishes during slow periods to get ready for the next meal time rush, during a closing shift, there was cleaning of the store, cash reports, waste reports for the day and locking the store and setting alarm before leaving. I think the most enjoyable part were the incentives for doing a good job like t-shirts and cupons to movies and things like that, the hardest part is when I had customer complaints, or my bosses yelling at me for slow times, I think 3 or 4 minutes in drivethru is still fast. but overall it was a good experience, my boss did teach me one thing I will never forget, he always used to say, " never assume".
