I learned a lot of things while working at Wendy's. it helps to boosts confidence, improve communication skills and how to work in environment full of different kinds of people whether its coworkers or the customers.
i would never work there again unless they had better management.it was an okay place at first but not later when you get told you have no choice but to work 2 closes and 1 open no if's and's or buts about it this from one of the owners
Your always on your toes at Wendy's and serving customers around the clock. A great starter job for those you need the work experience, or just a foot in the door to find a trade job.
Long hours on your feet.

There is nothing hard part of the job, and you can learn a lot of things while working here. The management is very supportive and work staff is very supportive as well.
Help my supervisor to get good comment from our costumers. Help out to keep the place well . Maintenance and guide all staff to follow the Standard operation procedure at all the time
Loved it, taught me hard, fast & time management. Awesome bosses & easily completed tasks. Most other fast food places are seemingly dull & mindfully boring.
Vacation pay on each check.
Old staff are set in their ways.
Some supervisors had a ego problem and did no work so you had to do their workload. The staff all got along. Everyone had their workload and it always got done so the next shift did not have to do theirs plus yours. Managers even did dishes if it was busy.
Later start time
Late closing hour
I learnt many things from this job, I can't say enough great things about the people who work there.
I have taken over a full time position as a grill closer so my typical day at work is cleaning the grills, mopping the floors, doing the dishes, working under a tight time constraint, etc. It is extremely repetitive and can get quite tiring over time but that's the job. The people who work there are the best part, they're all great.
Only given a break if your shift is 6 hours or longer.
fast paced working days flexible work hours great co workers i learned how to be more eloquent when it comes to customer service, being understanding with every customer. management is good not too aggressive hardest part of the job is lots of customers on busy days
half off on food purchases for employees
hectic work load
I am a night shift worker. Most of my co-workers are under 20. Some days it can be fun to close with the fun people but we get things done. Working a full shift there is hard, you only get half hour break.
work with good people
long hours, mean staff
The customers and staff were the best part of the job . Start of shift was temperature checks and huddles with staff to assign shift duties.Rest of shift was spent serving customers and covering staff breaks until it was time to perform closing procedures. Close and lock store inspect and confirm all equipment shut down and cleaned to Wendy's standards . End of shift cash reports safe drop and notes for General manager and book keeper.
fairly flexable with schedules
good place to work as a cook, cashier, hostess, great customers, good co-workers. Didn't care for the backstabbing that went on there from some management
meals were half price, on any day, even when you didn't work
