Wendy’s has always managed to keep me busy. They always have a target of specific sales and how fast drive thru has to be. However, most worked are filipino so it may be difficult to understand your employees if they are speaking a different language if you’re multiracial.
great percent off of food
difficult to understand people around you
I was victim of racism, boolying , shouting , the management doesn’t care for you , all what they care is the revenue, I worked extra hours but I didn’t get the extra money , I was paid the same amount for extra same as regular hours mean 15$/hour Too much stress , I was employed as a food service supervisor but I never do the duty for a supervisor for more than 8 months , and I was like a normal worker , no difference between us
When I started I have told myself I be working at Wendy's for a life time regardless of the wage I will receive and I see and experience first hand how they treat staff. I tried quieting first time they promise me a race yet not match to the job I suppose to transfer i CONSIDERED it for their short of people second time I try to resign they ripe the letter in front of me and trow in the garbage can and did not let me go out in the staff area
Great Place to work
Management mistreatment of staff.
working at the grill station was nerve wracking and i could not handle it. I was moved to cashier so i could take orders and greet customers. the people were fun to chat with, the employees were helpful and the discounts were nice.
It was a fun workplace, I enjoyed working with my co-worker. Such a friendly workplace where I am able to work nicely with my co-workers and to my costumer. I’ve learned how to multitask which is a great skill to possess. The management has been so good to me so far, they just gave me the right hours that I needed.
Free meals, perfect time suite for my schedule

a typical day at work busy, even though it's more enjoyable coz we now we get the highest sales , i learned a lot in this company how to handle a store and to improved more my self-confidence, to mingle to other people. the hardest part of my job in winter time doing the inventory inside the coller and also order taking in drive-thrue,
A typical day would entail food prep, being assigned to a station to serve from: front register, sandwiches, grill, runner, drive thru window register, lots of cleaning afterwards. You will learn the do's and don'ts around the kitchen, keeping the workplace sanitary, avoiding cross-contamination & undercooked meats, maintaining a safe environment to work in and keeping a constant communication going with others while you complete orders as needed. Management stays on the ball and sees to it that everyone is playing their role in the team. The hardest part of the job can be trying to keep up when the store is overwhelmingly busy, but it's a challenge that anyone should be ready to tackle. During my time there I was lucky to work with some good people which always helps.
Employee discount, benefits, good crew, good atmosphere.
Can be hectic during lunch/dinner hours, low pay.
The managements are both great. Give awards and bonuses to their worker. It might be a place where you can see all people are in hurry but we still got time to be cool around customers and you will some skill from working here. The place is always neat and the service is good
50% off when buying food and good hours too.
you need to work fast
