Working in Wendys is fun being with a good managers is totally no stress at work. Besides of good managers you will love your co workers too because they are all professional they won´t let their team down.
I learned many things in Wendy's, as I wanted to take experience of group work and food line. Wendy's taught me team work and management; I have managed whole store during my shift. So, if anybody want to take food service experience and want to learn basics of management it will be a good start.

The way the store was organized, it was messy. The management only had a handful of good people and was mostly everyone else talking about one another behind their back. It may as well be that it was diverse and were always short on people that caught everyone on the edge, and also stressed.
Like any branch of a company, the culture could differ. I was lucky to work on a Wendy's where mostly everyone was friendly towards myself. However, the benefits of working at Wendy's aren't so great. Most of the benefits are given to full-timers, but I don't know what they are. For a part-timer, the main benefits are the salary and the food discount. However, the discount is only during your shift. In my opinion, it's a good place to start, but not survive.
Co-workers are friendly
Discounts are only during shifts
I don't believe company policy allows for an ideal workplace environment as many of its policies make it difficult to work in. Although there is a lot of customers and money to be earned, employment was difficult to come by as the work was difficult and if the other employees did not need to be there, they wouldn't work there. The management was mostly good but I felt suffocated by some of the managers with micromanagement and unsustainable standards.
Your willingness to work long hours and can stand long period of time. You will encounter different nationality nice and rude customer. Be friend with staffs. Working mid noon shifts is tiring, you were there during lunch and dinner rush hour, so you feel tired by the end of the day, you just want to go home and rest. Mostly you have to work full month weekends with no off.
Every 6 month we had to do paid online training in order to improve our skills and make sure we handle all equipment safely. The working environment was extremely friendly and juts like a big family.
