i dont exactly know how to describe wendys because i only worked there for like four months, and i didnt really have a good experience there because i wasnt getting the hours i was promised i was only getting like one to 2 shifts a week, so thats why i decided to leave the spot for burger king because as soon as i started working there i got slammed with a ton of work.
The company policy is realy strict on food safety and sanitary so every crew members have to make sure they have gone through proper procedure before getting to work.
You can get discount when buy food at the any wendy's restaurant and tim hortons
Standing all the time can be really tiring in long shift
Management was terrible, but the customer would always make me feel better. Management would make me would crazy amount of hours while still in Highschool.
discounts and breaks
long hours, poor management, poor wage

The management is not great but the co-worker are great people to work with. They are nice and always willing to help.
Working at Wendy's is a great place to work at if the management was a lot better. All the co-worker are very kind and all very hard working which they deserved to be treated better. Management are great sometime but other time it just makes me want to quit. They need to be more nicer other than rush us and tell us that we are doing that wrong when we are all trying our best. Also the salary is not very good. Specially if they tell you that you mean so much and how they are very happy to have you because you are such a great worker for them, even after 3 years they don't give you a rise.
salary is low and management isn't very good
A typical day at work would be busy. I would be in charge of stocking product, preparing orders, probing product ,stocking condiments, cleaning/dishes and prep work. I learned how to make the orders. The management was always helpful as were my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was being rushed when I started and didn't know how to make the product. The most enjoyable was helping others out when I could , always kept me busy and the discount.
A typical day at work would include cleaning and stocking the condiments station, cleaning the dining room and tables, mopping floors, and cleaning the bathrooms. The management and co-workers were pretty good to get along with. The hardest part of the job was sometimes it was really hectic and hard to find ways to enjoy those hectic times. The enjoyable part was getting valuable customer service experience.
Always something to do
hard to get through the extreme hectic days.
not sure if I should be writing this but the first couple years were ok until I started needing to pay my own bills. They taught me all the skills I needed and I was very hardworking with a keen attention for detail and order. I didn't mind putting in the hours either. I was never considered for a management position of any sort and I was bullied in the workplace and when new employees were hired, the staff who was there for years before had their hours cut. It was very cheap and the management needs to be upgraded on how they run a restaurant.
