I liked working on a flexible schedule, I learned a lot about customer service, management was great giving the fact we where a very busy location, I enjoy people there for my co worker were awesome I enjoy challenges, one thing I dislike was unsatisfied customer or just grumpy people in general. I enjoy all the people and fast past work

There are a number of areas that are begging for improvement in both the management as well as the crew level. If most of the grey areas and concerns are addressed, then working conditions, customer relations and employee morale would be given the much needed boost.

I always work in morning shift because i take care of my baby after duty. I've learned about how to make sandwiches , salads and to do the back up for all the condiments that we used. How to take order , how to deal with the customer, etc,. The management always motivate , support us and make us to develop . All my co-workers are easy to be with and their friendly as well. If you have a problem they give you advice as a friend. The hardest part of the job when there's a misunderstanding between co-workers while working because it can affect all the operations. The most enjoyable part of the job when all the people around you always happy, enjoying their job even though were tired and sometimes were teasing each other to having fun.

I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, checking all the daily and weekly task and organizing the utensils and equipment's priorities.I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized. There are times when I just know that a new way of doing something makes more sense to me; but, first hand, I learned that my "better way" may not be the best way to get the job done. As a consequence, I respect my older co-workers knowledge and I've learned how to make a suggestion at the appropriate time. It's a lot harder to work with people you don't like.angry clients who dislike people who don't think as they do, aggressive clients who wish others, I do all that I can to help my clients reach their goals. This means that I need to try to treat them with respect, honor their world-view, and work from their perspective. I'm on the look out for a new job, but I find myself dreading the thought of applying for yet another desk job. I've been doing interior decorator. type stuff for the past couple of years and, now, I really want to do something different. So far, I've come up with this list:•furniture maker •photographer •esl teacher in another country •graphic designer As you can tell, this list is all over the place, so feel free to add any suggestion you can think of. I don't mind going back to school or taking a few courses in order to learn a trade.

I'm flexible and am assigned many tasks. I clean, cook, prepare salad, make sandwiches and serve customers. I have not learned very much new as I had such experiences in my previous work. However I trained new staff including new supervisors and managers which was interesting though again something I have done previously. We have a friendly workplace. Managers and team member work together as a TEAM. The difficult parts were working short staffed and being denied a promotion despite support from my supervisors and management because of an HR policy no promotion without PR. I enjoy my coworkers and dealing with the public.

Wendy's taught me about the value of being persistent and fast. It taught me the importance of happy customers and good work. Unfortunately, while working there, I did not feel welcome as a new employee and I received as little as 3 hours a week.

Work cashier, Usually driver thru, Stocked the store and Cleaned the restaurant, Rush hour peak taught me how to work quickly and efficiently but also how to handle stress when working through stressful situations, Co-workers we're extremely friendly and helpful when needing help with any task i was unsure how to do, Customers could at times be frustrating but with the managers help all situations would be resolved quickly, Best part of the job was i learn't quickly and had fun doing it.

Everyday I'm surprised at how my people surpass my expectations. We have great camaraderie and know that we are all better together. I have learned how to be more patient, the importance of being patient, and the results you will achieve because you are patient. Hard work means not just going that extra mile, but sometimes staying that extra few minutes after you have worked all day to help a teammate. I take it as a challenge and try my best to adapt myself to the change for my betterment. I have been working for Wendy’s for over 5 years and there isn’t anything I dislike about my job. I really like interacting with my guests and my team. Every day I hear or see something that I think about as I am driving back home...It just puts a smile on my face. I challenge myself to do the right thing and achieve goals. I also work with mentors to gain more knowledge and skills. It never feels like a job, it’s a career with the opportunity to grow! The hardest part of my job is when there are conflicting ideas. Unless these ideas are discussed and everyone is able to express his or her own opinion. That is what helps everyone stay engaged in the team and feel part of something important.

What I liked the most about the job is the friendly relationship between everyone at work. We can work seriously and also have fun when it is not busy. We often share funny stories and also our problems. We all willing to help each other and lend a hand during work. (Last time, before I went back to China, some of them asked me bring back badges with Chairman Mao’s portraits for them.) We are just like a big family. However, it is not very challenging and does not fully utilize my skills and knowledge. It is a very basic job. That is ok as a part time, but long term I would like a career that is more fulfilling.

Typically required to keep the store clean, deal with customers and get their orders ready in time. Learned that people are in a rush and want their food fast, and they don't care how you do it, Management was racist and rude. Co-workers were the friendliest people on the planet. Hardest part was keeping up with the rush hours.
