I was victim of racism, boolying , shouting , the management doesn’t care for you , all what they care is the revenue, I worked extra hours but I didn’t get the extra money , I was paid the same amount for extra same as regular hours mean 15$/hour Too much stress , I was employed as a food service supervisor but I never do the duty for a supervisor for more than 8 months , and I was like a normal worker , no difference between us

I learned many things in Wendy's, as I wanted to take experience of group work and food line. Wendy's taught me team work and management; I have managed whole store during my shift. So, if anybody want to take food service experience and want to learn basics of management it will be a good start.
Wendy’s has always managed to keep me busy. They always have a target of specific sales and how fast drive thru has to be. However, most worked are filipino so it may be difficult to understand your employees if they are speaking a different language if you’re multiracial.
