I was victim of racism, boolying , shouting , the management doesn’t care for you , all what they care is the revenue, I worked extra hours but I didn’t get the extra money , I was paid the same amount for extra same as regular hours mean 15$/hour
Too much stress , I was employed as a food service supervisor but I never do the duty for a supervisor for more than 8 months , and I was like a normal worker , no difference between us

Salary is the main issue as even your basic necessities are not even fulfilled. Other than that everything is fine and yes you need to be working constantly no standing even for a second
I learned many things in Wendy's, as I wanted to take experience of group work and food line. Wendy's taught me team work and management; I have managed whole store during my shift. So, if anybody want to take food service experience and want to learn basics of management it will be a good start.
Wendy’s has always managed to keep me busy. They always have a target of specific sales and how fast drive thru has to be. However, most worked are filipino so it may be difficult to understand your employees if they are speaking a different language if you’re multiracial.
