Avis d'employé sur Wendy's
the people were nice the duties and stress wasnt
I have no words I learnt a fair amount and it was a good first job but I would hate to have been stuck there, and the uniforms were bad and there were no exceptions for when it was cold or extremely hot, the aprons only had functional pocket and we clunky and just another layer that what didn't even feel like material, we had to work six hours before a 30 minute break and very little care for mental issues. There was one particular manager who hated everyone but especially the girls and would taunt and sneer at us for no reason and even pretend to throw a punch at me, as well as yell and complain constantly no matter how hard we were trying.

The other Crew meme era where nice and helpful same with most of the mangers takes awhile to get used... but it is fun problems that I had where that my GM would get mad for everything I did when everyone else would be doing them and never got in trouble for it she also would take my shifts away with out any explanation to the point I was only working 4 hours I also never got trained on anything but sandwiches which got annoying because I couldn’t do much but stand around once I finished all I could do
50% employe meals for shifts Fun crew
WENDYSS have become so stressed for crew. no staff for day shift.. Walk in for day shift to a unorganized dirty place. nights do nothing anf days take the slack off it. No respect from management, sceaming at workers.. not a happy crew.
not enough staff.
I worked there for over a year, striving for greatness, impressing the managers, and pushed myself to work the hardest I could. But unfortunately I was not rewarded for my work, and was refused any kind of pay raise for my dedication. This lead me down a road filled with stress. Many of my coworkers including myself are in search of new jobs because of poor training skills and lack of care for employees. The restaurant could improve by hiring more people, but this is hard because of the poor turnover rate.
Hours are not very flexible and it can be very difficult to get the shifts you’re comfortable with.
