Avis d'employé sur Wendy's
i generally did not care for the Wendy's in Lindsay i completely get your not suppose to bash your employment but the place is ran so poorly people have no idea how bad it truly is, the people who have been there forever felt so entitled i had to argue with them on the daily i truly didn't think they cared about the crew i was dealing with a new born at home but wanted me to work all the time the wages are done so cheap that its beyond dumb.

I was hired at the Wendy's in mission (in the junction) and At first I was hopeful to work there, but slowly my excitement went down as I saw the condition of the workplace. they started me off with online training at the wendys establishment, then once I learned how to make fries they started giving me shifts, my training was basically stopped there and then, and whenever I would ask about it they would say things like "we'll resume that in the future" or "we'll get to it later". My hours and shifts became more sparse, often 3 hours at once, every 2 weeks. almost all of those shifts have come from me prompting them. It almost feels like I was hired on accident.
You get to smell the food (just not eat)
Hours felt like they dragged on and on, little to no shifts, minimal hours.
When I was working there I was one of the store managers and I loved it, but when I got sick they had terminated me for being sick. I loved the stores I worked at
Half priced meals, food is actually fresh
Don’t get sick, you could be fired like me
Always had shifts i could pick up, and there was a good welcoming social environment. For it being understaffed and most of the equipment being outdated it made the job more difficult and stressful then it has to be. Always was going through management so there was always mistakes made with newer managers. The managers seemed to always be fighting. The employees were most times expected to do other crew members jobs most times making their own job harder.
