Avis d'employé sur Wendy's
Not bad for students
As a crew member you have it pretty easy at Wendy’s, once you get into management they expect way too much from you and will dangle promotions to assistant and GM positions but you will never be good enough for them. Worst part is, they will make you do the work of a GM for months to “prep” you for the position. After no complaints and being complimented on how well I took the position, they ultimately hired someone else. They had me doing this job for month’s and just to find out they were just looking for a fool to do it for supervisor wage.

I was hired at the Wendy's in mission (in the junction) and At first I was hopeful to work there, but slowly my excitement went down as I saw the condition of the workplace. they started me off with online training at the wendys establishment, then once I learned how to make fries they started giving me shifts, my training was basically stopped there and then, and whenever I would ask about it they would say things like "we'll resume that in the future" or "we'll get to it later". My hours and shifts became more sparse, often 3 hours at once, every 2 weeks. almost all of those shifts have come from me prompting them. It almost feels like I was hired on accident.
You get to smell the food (just not eat)
Hours felt like they dragged on and on, little to no shifts, minimal hours.
When I was working there I was one of the store managers and I loved it, but when I got sick they had terminated me for being sick. I loved the stores I worked at
Half priced meals, food is actually fresh
Don’t get sick, you could be fired like me
