When hired, job opportunities for advancement are high, but can take up to 6mons to receive even after completing the tasks that are needed. Management and employee turnover rate is through the roof, not properly trained, transferring is difficult, have to deal with incompetent management who should be crew members and not management, management is out to get you if you aren’t liked, district management is high and mighty and equality isn’t a thing.

If you like being treated unfairly in a toxic environment then this job is for you! Management is horrible and favouritism is obvious. The staff are under paid especially since we had to work through the pandemic with no bonuses or appreciation. Also if your thinking about applying for the summer I hope you enjoy working in a hot kitchen with no air conditioning and no time for drink breaks This is a brantford location
It is a basic paying job to start out with and you get 12 shifts of working with someone helping you before you are on your own. If you do not enjoy cleaning or lots of grease, stay away!

The other Crew meme era where nice and helpful same with most of the mangers takes awhile to get used... but it is fun problems that I had where that my GM would get mad for everything I did when everyone else would be doing them and never got in trouble for it she also would take my shifts away with out any explanation to the point I was only working 4 hours I also never got trained on anything but sandwiches which got annoying because I couldn’t do much but stand around once I finished all I could do
