I'm very blessed to be employed here. This is a great organization that aims to exceed their clients/customers expectations but they also look to take care of their employees as well. They are one of the remaining companies to offer incentives to their employees. Longevity is one of the things I admire about them.
Ok, so I've worked at this location for over (let's keep that private) years now, and I've seen the staff roster change at least 4 times. The pay is lower than any restaurant I can find (minimum wage) and you are explicitly told to reject tips. I've never seen an organization that pays its full time and part time staff the same and never give any benefits or incentives to work more efficiently or to be a better employee at all. In the end you'll be replaced by a 16 year old in a heartbeat without a second thought. Every location it seems is understaffed and the benefits are godawful for the pure amount of insufferable co-workers and customers one has the displeasure of interacting with.

The training was amazing extremely detailed. Environment always felt like everyone was on the same page and worked as a team. It was also a grate place to start with for work experience that helped me with other jobs a lot after words

I do not process the orders just the payments and the managers @ the other window does the order fore me. The staff actually found that quicker as it sped up production and sales. I typically process 120 to 140 order payments in 3 hours The staff there is really helpful as they will show you how to do things
Everyone is really helpfl and they work well together
