Quel aspect de travailler chez Wendy's est le plus stressant?

  • Very high paced environment.

  • The dead line with the clients

  • Busy hours and limited staff.

  • Dealing with managers, doing managers jobs when they should be helping instead of watching Netflix. Nothing about this job is remotely hard and if the people in charge weren't corrupt I would have rated it a 5 star place to work even though it's in the heart of downtown and the customers were crazy.

  • When it's a really busy day and you are short on staffs, or some staff not pulling their weight.

  • I had to help a customer that was being hard on me. However I apologized to the customer about the situation, asked what they wanted, I gave them what they wanted, I smiled, apologized again and wished them a great day.

  • The staff and management are not always reliable. shifts rarely start on the right foot.
