Very high paced environment.
The dead line with the clients
Busy hours and limited staff.
Dealing with managers, doing managers jobs when they should be helping instead of watching Netflix. Nothing about this job is remotely hard and if the people in charge weren't corrupt I would have rated it a 5 star place to work even though it's in the heart of downtown and the customers were crazy.
The big rushes of people at lunch and when the power goes out

When it's a really busy day and you are short on staffs, or some staff not pulling their weight.
I had to help a customer that was being hard on me. However I apologized to the customer about the situation, asked what they wanted, I gave them what they wanted, I smiled, apologized again and wished them a great day.
The staff and management are not always reliable. shifts rarely start on the right foot.
