A business currently facing significant challenges
Weir Employee (Ancien employé) – Edmonton, AB – 17 mai 2016
Weir is a large multinational corporation that operates in many different countries and industries. My experiences are limited to the Oil and Gas sector in Canada. When oil prices are high, the business thrives and no one worries about too much. Once the prices fell, essentially it was as if the world ended. Communication about what is going on with the company is not the greatest.

still uses a 1970's management style to run the business
Welder/Fitter (Ancien employé) – South Surrey, BC – 21 mai 2019
This company treats you terribly. The safety protocols are inadequate and there is a lot of exposure to toxic chemicals. The management team I found difficult to work with and the co workers were sabotaging and petty.
