Working in the call center was the worst, forced outbound calls no room for advancement. The team was wonderful but management was terrible. DO NOT work for the cec service department at Don Valley North Toyota. Underpaid and over worked.

Most the Managers do not have any formal management education. The company's culture is poor. Their pay is unsatisfying. The location where I work from its General Manager all the way to the lowest supervisor have less or no knowledge about management.
