A week or so training on HOW to do the job. Allow practice somehow with practicing rebuttals, instead of having us stutter trying to find everything while on the phone with someone. No more managers in your ear. Let them listen to playbacks yes, then call you into zoom for a one on one meeting yes. It makes me uncomfortable knowing I get someone in my ear on the middle of a sentence and lose the customer because I got a fright.
