The pace of work differs on which department you work in.
Relatively relaxed, with focus on completing the assigned tasks on time but without any serious fear of repercussions or penalties for missing deadlines. Doing the job right and on time is the priority, but not finishing a day's task every once and a while doesn't result in serious repercussions (low stress-job).
Often times in the beginning the tasks set out through the electronics system were fair and achievable. Due to loss of staff, eventually the expectations exceeded the hours of the shift and were expected to be done as much as capable.
