It suppose to be flexible hours for students bcoz school is priority for them along with 20 hours per week, but it depends on what days they are free to work, I think all the shopping centers should give the work to the students as it is legal. They can also survive in this country

Experience, work efficiency and accuracy, punctuality, good communications skills with computers knowledge, should be good in customer service. Honesty is the supreme quality ,every company like to choose in everone. Can work under stressful conditions.

I had a three part interview... yes it’s as excessive as it sounds. This happened at my Walmart not sure if it happens anywhere else.
-The first part is to apply online of course
-Then they will have a on the phone interview
-after if you pass the first interview you will participate in a group interview
-And lastly you will have a interview with the store manager

Again this happened with me and my coworkers. Not sure why there were so many interviews, but oh well.

Maybe start respecting your employees more and quit treating them like they’re children. We don’t constantly need to be sternly talked to for little mistakes. We are all human....mistakes are going to be made! Instead of rolling your eyes/yelling/coaching someone for some tiny mistake how about treating them with respect and teaching them how to do something properly next time?

I was a full-time team lead, and having to have open availability was taken advantage of. I worked at least half of every weekend and rarely ever had two consecutive days off. The crazy hours, combined with unreasonable expectations from management with minimal training pushed me to my limit, and I had to quit to keep my sanity. Once I got out. My quality of life increased dramatically, and I'm finally happy again.
