Rude and ignorant people taking advantage in a horrible way which this company has very nice and positive people unlike other companies who could or have had to deal with rude people.

You should visit the branches more, and do so randomly, leave the arrogant cocky clueless VP’s out of the loop.. talk one on one with the front line employees. They Are the ones carrying this company on their backs, they will tell you that ridding yourself of the dead weight at the top is a priority, just like removing a tumour on a human.

Terrible culture of sour employees. They have a right to be sour because the company is completely faceless even to employees with 30 plus years experience.

Hours are decent,good balance with family time but wages could be better & a bonus system could be implemented
