If things are good you can make a lot of cash. Miss your target and you make next to nothing. You can be up 30% 1 month and the following month miss by a few dollars and no bonus! Maybe if they made bonus less lucrative and upped the base to a living standard it wouldn't be a bad place to work. The training is quite extensive. Costs the company a tonne the way they do it. They are a bit too top heavy with management and the branches are in conflict with one another instead of working as a team.
Use of company car
Product is top quality, customer either love or hate it. The management is the big issue, using the "sales and only sales makes you a winner" and some manager recommended not to have friendship with rep that wont close the month to keep it a winning culture
Sales tools (car, iPad, iPhone, master catalogue and such)
Management, back office, outdated sales approach

It started out as a good place to work, company car, iPhone and iPad. Pay wasn’t great but needed to hit targets for bonus. Then they changed to pay/bonus structure and made it less achievable. Their main focus is new customers more than serving your existing ones. They started monitoring everything you do by the second, literally. Management acts like they care but really don’t. I wouldn’t recommend working here
You are a number. They make you feel important until they get what they need from you,and then you are nothing more than a number. They are not worth the effort
Hope you can keep up with ever changing demands to meet targets! If you don’t make them you are gone without notice! There is also no home life with working here, orders have to be placed at night before 8pm, emails being sent and expected to answer on Sunday's, start early in the morning and end up working late every night
Products are high quality so no debating that. Compensation is poor for the amount of work and continuous sales reports that must be done. Middle management is also a thankless job and in one year I had 3 different district managers. Upper management have the wrong priorities of where money should be spent.
Poor management, lacking crucial support -- teams repeatedly fall apart and quit for various and relevant reasons. Largest revolving door type company that I have ever experienced. In short customers suffer for more reasons then I have time to type
Very demanding and competitive to win new business with this company considering they one of the most expensive on the market! That being said, they’re a good company who puts a lot into their sales force... just make sure you hit your targets or you’re gone.
During my time here there was exponential change in the company. People came and went as if there was a revolving door. The current manager for certain division knows nothing about the industry and cannot get people to stand united with him. This companies direction constantly changes and core values are never upheld.
3 pay plan changes in 2 years! Leaving you selling more but making less! Pricing is uncompetitive for everything making it very difficult to get new customers. Management seems clueless about the realities of the industry Might be ok for a few years but don't expect to stay
Terrible Management, high stress for poor pay
