Why would anyone be interested in working for Wurth? because from job board ads, they really seems to be a revolving door, same jobs returning as available all the time, this display a very bad business internal culture, can anyone answer this?

  • It was a great company to work for. New company policies and bonus changes made it impossible to earn a living. Restrictive territories with no chance of expansion.

  • Everything is changing and for the worse. I wouldn't bother. As soon as you start to do well they punish you for it.
