all the time working no fun no nothing

i was base at canada bread Laval ,i was a B train driver,unloading by hand a lot of rack like 2 trailor and filling it up with empty bread rack, i stay there 6 month usualy a guy stay a week or 2 and quit,hard work but i like the customer,never mist a day always on time,work all my holly day and at fall wend they have to cut a driver they harassm me till i quit,hopefully i take picture of the poor condition of equipment and at least have imployement,

A good company with good managment

Good work enviroment good benefits great team work could of had more loyalty twords ppl who gave there all like myself but besides that was like familly

Lack of Communication with Ontario Drivers

I appreciate that VTL took the time to train me on LCV. I enjoyed driving but I was finding it difficult to operate unsafe equipment. If I had an issues in the evening there was no one available to assist or help me. I was the only company employee in Ontario so I was often left out of communications in regards to payroll, benefits, and policies.
