My first assignment for Vott was Bio-rad, The corporate policy for Bio-rad is that I could only stay for a year and then be off for 6 months but I can go back after the 6 months to work for another year. Being a temp I don't have as many benefits.Volt is a good company to work for, they try hard to keep their clients working.
I loved working with the team
I thought the job was perfect until they ended my assignment without even telling me then the icing on the cake is I still didn’t get paid for my last week of work. They keep giving the run around & im just hitting dead end roads. I’ve never experienced anything like this with a company before it’s pathetic! They treat anyone who isn’t Hispanic as if their expandable!!

Working at volt was not the most fun work experience I have ever had but it isn’t bad at all they pay well and expect you to get the work done in due time if your all work no play this is the place for you
Every place i've worked for, ive done a great job. I learn from any mistake i've made and do it better the next time. Volt Company is alright will keeping up with payments. Slow responses and call backs.
get you a job
not enough payment
The. Only good thing is that they got me a job, but after you’re placed they don’t want to deal with employees
Volt just collects the money from clients but they don’t care about employees. It seems like there’s always a miscommunication between them and supervisor
Volt is a temp agency, so it just depends on how things go. Most of the assignments weren't to place as a perm. Dress codes, and training would depend on the company I was sent to, and they would determine that, so it was always changing.
i was working
there was an expireation date
I have no problem with Volt. I recommend anyone to apply. People friendly. Great place to work. Everyone was kind and attentive. When I call they answer every question and meet your needs. Very promptly, and my recruiter was very responsive with phone calls and questions.
It’s fast learning experience for all new comers seeking employment. I was referred to billabong my time there. Would recommend to all ages to go apply they called me right away the very next day.
Could be assigned only temporarily
Volt is a good Workforce Solutions for placing good hard workers for warehouse positions I'll give them a thumbs up. The work environment was peaceful and I would not mind working for Volt Workforce Solutions again I really appreciate Volt Workforce for helping me in my time of need of employment.
