Peers are very helpful when needed. Management is very knowledgeable and caring, easygoing, laid back surroundings, quiet areas, texting is simple. Customers are mostly easy work. Simple minded management and peers.
Overtime, long lunches, flexible, understanding
Not sure it’s just where I was located but it just seemed like a dead place when you went in , old desks all dirty and people’s hygiene was urrkkky but I guess it was ok
1hr lunch. +20max OT each week

Great place to work, very understanding about situations that may arise, very careing and willing to work with you. easily a place i would go back to. if you're introverted? this is a place to go to become more open and really loved the atmosphere. Payday every week!
Pay for job was well below industry standard (An ongoing theme for HP) A role for password resets/call fielding/transferring became the primary support site. No the job description
friendly place to work very roudy most of the time do not work with your schedule management were cool to work with the money was well worth it easy to pick up hours easy to give away hours
they dont work with your schedule
It was a fun place to work, loved my coworkers. Just don't believe management when they tell you that they have a commitment from the client. After hearing no layoffs for months, they shut it down overnight with no notice to employees.
Nice people on staff just not enough career advancement. Good staff they do what they can to place you in a good work environment. They will go out of their way to place you with a job in your field. Pay isn't great though and thats the only bad thing about the company.
Are you looking for career advancement, possible raises, a strong work community? Then run as far as you can from Volt. They remind you from the start and I quote "this isn't a job, this is a temporary assignment that we can end at any time." This company doesn't see you as a parent, a student or even human. You're another seat taken in this dreadful building. Managers have no leadership skills, minimal experience and no intention of helping you. The higher up Operation Managers are just as bad and are quick to push you out the door over the most miniscule things. There's no paid time off, there's no holiday pay, there's no vacation time, there's nothing here for you but a high queue of angry customers and a headache. If you're a parent with children in school, don't apply. If you're a student needing an accomodating schedule, don't apply. If you're frequently ill and require constant doctor appointments,
Disgusting facility, poor management, no advancement, no job security.
I Worked at CND stationand Performed functional test on IPHONE, IPOD, and IPAD. I learned a lot about Apple product. It was a great experience. I did not have any problem and I saw different people with different cultures. They helped me improve in my position.
Good work place, No longer exists from a buyout/merger deal but while i was there, good pay. OT hours always available. Fun coworkers normally. good training program that pays while training
This just is for people who like a call center experience. As my first call center job it wasn’t bad at all. They have specia days to dress up and give free stuff like prizes. I’ve won speakers and other small cool gadgets!
